At the СAMP Alatoo Foundation a new director has been appointed

On February 1, 2024, there were changes in the leadership of the СAMP Alatoo Foundation: Murat Zhumashev replaced Aliya Ibraimova, who had been leading our organization since 2020. His candidacy for the position of director was approved by the Foundation's Supervisory Board and received the support of the team in December of last year in accordance with the requirements and rules outlined in the Charter.

Aliya Ibraimova assumed the position of director of the СAMP Alatoo Foundation in the year of the COVID-19 pandemic, when we and many of our partners and beneficiaries faced significant changes in project activities, as well as in the economic and social spheres. Under Aliya Ibraimova's leadership and thanks to her efforts to maintain stability and efficiency, the СAMP Alatoo Foundation successfully overcame challenges and continued its work in difficult conditions. We express our gratitude to Aliya Ibraimova for her dedication and professionalism, as well as for her wise leadership in challenging times. Her energy and strategic approach will leave an indelible mark in the history of the foundation. Aliya will continue to work in the foundation, using her significant experience in project management in the field of environmental education and land resource management.

We are also pleased to welcome Murat Zhumashev and wish him success in his new role. His work history in the organization began in 2017 with energy efficiency projects. During his tenure at the СAMP Alatoo Foundation, Murat expanded and strengthened his skills in the fields of "biodiversity" and "water resources," which led to the successful implementation of corresponding projects. We are confident that under his leadership, the foundation will continue its development and reach new heights.
