He has been with the СAMР Alatoo PF since 2017. Murat specializes in strategic project management in biodiversity conservation and sustainable development, as well as the development of effective methodologies and tools.
Murat graduated from the Institute of Economics and Finance at the Kyrgyz National University named after J. Balasagyn and holds a Master's degree in Administrative and Financial Law from the Kyrgyz State Law University. He also completed training at the IPROMO Summer School in Bioeconomics in Italy, which allowed him to deepen his knowledge of integrated approaches to natural resource management in mountainous areas.
As the foundation's leader, Murat successfully coordinates the implementation of key initiatives, ensuring they align with the organization's long-term strategic goals. He is also involved in strengthening partnerships at both national and international levels, which contributes to attracting funding and enhancing the foundation's position in natural resource management. Murat 's experience covers areas such as energy efficiency, wildlife conservation, sustainable water resource management, and community development. His main focus is on organizational development of local institutions. Murat 's professional qualities include systematic thinking, strategic planning skills, and a deep understanding of local and global environmental challenges. His leadership and communication skills help build trustful relationships with partners, donors, and local communities.
