Talant is a graduate of the Technological Faculty of the KNAU named after K.I. Scryabin and holds a Master's degree in Agricultural Management from the RUDN University. Talant has also successfully completed a course on Land Restoration at the International Center for Capacity Development and Sustainable Use of Natural Resources at the Agricultural University of Iceland.
Since 2017 at CAMP Alatoo PF, Talant Toktosunov's specialization includes wildlife conservation, sustainable rangeland and biodiversity management, and the development and implementation of land management strategies. His significant achievements include contributing to the development of the automated "Electronic Pasture Management System" and the mobile application "Pasture Monitoring."
Talant possesses a unique combination of professional qualities, including high organizational discipline, attention to detail, and a systematic approach to problem-solving. His skills in event planning and project management enable him to effectively coordinate fieldwork and training activities. Talant uses his knowledge and experience to achieve the foundation’s goals effectively.
