Environmental Education Program Specialist
Dina's expertise spans the fields of environmental education, sustainable development and land management.
Dina began her career at the СAMР Alatoo PF in 2013 as an assistant financial manager. Through determination, professional development, and personal growth, she reached the level of project specialist. She places significant emphasis on continuous education and the improvement of her skills.
Her professionalism is confirmed by a six-month training program within the "Land Restoration Program" at the International Centre for Capacity Development and Sustainable Use of Natural Resources at the Agricultural University of Iceland.
Dina has extensive knowledge and experience in conducting sociological research, including developing surveys, data analysis, and preparing reports. She has also established herself as an author of publications on education for sustainable development (ESD). Dina is actively involved in training master trainers from among school teachers, implementing ESD standards and methodologies in educational institutions across the country. Thanks to her initiative, the concept of ESD has been integrated into the curricula of higher education institutions.
Dina successfully coordinates regional projects aimed at creating an expert network and developing a training module on land resource management for educational institutions throughout the region. Her professional approach is based on strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to organize complex processes.
