Since 2018, at CAMP Alatoo PF, Ruslan is an expert in the development and implementation of energy efficient solutions for rural areas, specializing in the creation and promotion of sustainable heating systems and insulation technologies.
As an engineer by training, he has effectively applied his analytical and technical skills to develop eco-friendly and innovative heating systems for households in rural areas. This experience became invaluable after the launch of the workshop that produced energy-efficient stoves and boilers under the "Zhanyn" brand. Managing the mini-production, Ruslan demonstrated a high level of responsibility, stress resilience, as well as the ability to organize workflows and interact effectively with the team.
He later focused on projects related to rural home insulation, creating a revolving fund to cover housing insulation costs, and training craftsmen to develop the local energy-efficient services market. Ruslan is known for his organizational skills, strategic thinking, and a drive to implement innovations that improve the quality of life in rural communities.
