Wildlife Conservation and Environmental Education Programs Manager
Aliya a seasoned professional with extensive experience in eco-education, wildlife conservation, and climate change adaptation. She began her career at СAMР Alatoo PF in 2012 as a project assistant and quickly established herself as an initiative-driven and goal-oriented employee.
From 2020 to 2024, Aliya served as the Director of the Foundation. Under her leadership, the organization successfully adapted to the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, demonstrating resilience in the face of changes in project activities and economic instability. Thanks to her leadership skills and strategic thinking, СAMР Alatoo PF not only preserved its operations but also strengthened its position as an organization working in sustainable natural resource management.
Her expertise is not limited to creating and implementing eco-education and conservation programs. Aliya is an effective manager in attracting funding for the long-term development of the organization.
Holding a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from AUK and a Master's in Finance from AGUPKR named after J. Abdrakhmanov, she has significant experience and deep knowledge in social research, as well as in developing tools and approaches for natural resource management and promoting environmental education.
Aliya's professional qualities include effective project management, strategic planning, and the ability to build partnerships with stakeholders. Her communication skills and openness to new approaches facilitate constructive dialogue with donors and partners.
