He graduated from the B.N. Yeltsin Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University with a degree in "Hydrometeorology" from the Natural and Technical Faculty. He continued his education at the Russian State Hydrometeorological University in St. Petersburg, earning a Master's degree in Ecology and Natural Resource Management.
He is joined the СAMР Alatoo PF team in 2022 and has since proven himself as a promising young specialist. Within the framework of water-related projects, he was involved in the development of an irrigation water distribution information system, which helps farmers effectively plan and allocate resources based on their needs and water availability.
In addition to his primary specialization, Aislan is actively engaged in the digital transformation of work processes, introducing modern technologies and providing technical support to staff. His initiative and technical skills have significantly improved office efficiency. His professional qualities include high technical literacy, analytical thinking, the ability to integrate advanced technologies into projects, and the capability to manage large amounts of data.
