Social Development Specialist
Aibike has been working as a Social Development Specialist since March 2026. A graduate of the American University of Central Asia (AUCA) with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, she continued her studies and earned a Master's degree from LUMSA University (Italy) in "Psychology of Work and Organizational Well-being". Prior to joining "CAMP Alatoo" PF, Aibike worked at the Red Crescent Society of Kyrgyzstan, where she coordinated social projects and provided psychosocial support to vulnerable groups. She also worked with the Secretariat of the Dialogue of Women of Central Asia, contributing to the promotion of regional gender initiatives. Her strong academic background and diverse project experience highlight Aibike as a specialist skilled in engaging with local communities and international partners. In her short time at the Foundation, she has proven to be a disciplined team member who efficiently organizes project events and prepares high-quality reporting documentation. Aibike brings a high level of responsibility, an analytical mindset, and a commitment to continuous professional development.
