Inna  has expertise in managing the financial activities of the Foundation.

Inna joined the organization in 2005, becoming one of the first employees and actively contributing to the foundation's structure formation. This has provided her with unique experience in the foundation’s establishment and institutional development. Inna holds a degree in linguistics with a specialization in "English Language" from the Kyrgyz State University named after I. Arabayev and a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the American University of Central Asia (AUCA).

Her professional career spans a wide range of competencies in management, finance, and international communications. In her role, Inna is responsible for managing and ensuring the financial stability of the foundation. Under her leadership, the financial department prepares project documentation, ensuring transparency and compliance with donor requirements, as well as successfully passing audits by independent consultants.

Inna is responsible for developing and implementing internal documents that meet legal requirements and are essential for participation in donor projects. Her experience working with development partners and deep knowledge of project activities enable her to effectively coordinate the foundation’s financial and administrative work. Additionally, Inna manages personnel policies, ensuring the creation of a comfortable working environment and fostering the foundation’s institutional development.
