Wildlife Conservation Program Project Specialist
Since 2023, Taalai has been actively involved in implementing biodiversity conservation initiatives in the pilot area of the Issyk-Kul region. Taalai's in-depth knowledge of local nature and resources has led him to specialize in the design and implementation of ecosystem and biodiversity conservation projects, as well as working with local communities and conservation organizations.
Taalai's professionalism and analytical approach has enabled him to establish productive contacts with the management and staff of protected areas, including those with community-based management, in a short period of time. This collaboration facilitates the integration of conservation efforts at the local community level.
Taalay holds an engineering degree in forestry and park management from the Issyk-Kul State University named after K. Tynystanov. His competencies include planning conservation activities, managing environmental projects, and working with local communities and PNA representatives.
