The СAMР Alatoo PF has long and fruitfully developed a partnership with the ASA International Program, an educational initiative for young people. As part of this cooperation СAMР Alatoo PF provides students from European educational institutions with the opportunity to complete internships within the organization. During their practice, young professionals learn about Kyrgyzstan’s natural resources, various resource management methods applied within different projects, and gain unique insights into traditional knowledge and the culture of the Kyrgyz people.
Since 2015, СAMР Alatoo PF has hosted 28 interns from universities in Germany, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and other European countries, averaging 2–3 foreign interns annually.
СAMР Alatoo PF specialists also enhance their qualifications and expertise by participating in educational programs under the U.S. Forest Service International Programs, held in various countries worldwide. This organization has created a network of civil society organizations to develop the nonprofit sector, with a particular focus on leadership development and capacity building.
In 2024, СAMР Alatoo PF served as a host organization, facilitating the organization of an educational tour for young leaders from 12 countries.
The U.S. Forest Service International Program also provides opportunities to deepen professional knowledge and gain external experience through natural resource management seminars held annually in different U.S. states. These seminars combine theoretical training with mandatory field visits to national parks, forests, farms, and other natural sites.
Another longstanding and reliable partner of СAMР Alatoo PF is the GRÓ International Centre for Capacity Development, Sustainability, and Natural Resources Management at the Agricultural University of Iceland.
Between 2013 and 2023, 6 СAMР Alatoo PF specialists completed training under the GRÓ Land Restoration Training Program (GRÓ LRT), enhancing their knowledge and skills in land restoration and sustainable land management.
